It has become an expectation for organizations to have vision and mission statements.  Yet, there are many organizations that do not have one or both of these foundation documents. This is because they either don’t know the value of such documents and/or they do not know how to identify and define such statements. 

This highly participatory workshop is designed to help any group, organization, or even individual take a systematic approach to discover who they are, what they are about, what contributions they offer, why they do so, and who their constituency is.
